Benjamin de Dianous Henríquez has devoted a significant amount of his life to coffee cultivation. At 85 years old, coffee holds a special meaning to him. Coffee has been a part of his life since childhood, as his father was also a coffee farmer. He acquired the farm Fatima together with his wife Irma. Everyone in the family is involved in coffee one way or another, working together to maintain the farm.

In terms of sustainability, Benjamin focuses on maximizing production, keeping the farm in optimal condition, and creating a diverse and productive ecosystem by cultivating a variety of crops (such as avocados, oranges, limes, bananas, and more).
