SNAP Specialty Coffee built their new wet mill in 2019 in a small hamlet called Danche within the Chelbesa Village to purchase coffee from the farmers nearby.The fermentation tanks of the wet mill were built using ceramic which will help bring clarity in the coffee that they process as well as help speed up the fermentation through the heat retained by the ceramic.

This lot has been put together with the production of 495 smallholders farmers. The coffee has grown in red-brown soil which is a particularly fertile, being rich in iron and high acidity content.
