Franky is a young-generation coffee farmer in Huila, Colombia in the town of Acevedo. He is highly dedicated to producing high-quality coffees and he is also a trained barista. We met Franky on our trip to Colombia and wanted to support him by buying his coffees which we received for the first time in January 2020.

This coffee lot is a result of 3 different fermentation processes combining modern and innovative methods, such as anaerobic, thermal shock, and co-fermentation.
