Franky is a young-generation coffee farmer in Huila, Colombia in the town of Acevedo. He is highly dedicated to producing high-quality coffees and he is also a trained barista. We met Franky on our trip to Colombia and wanted to support him by buying his coffees which we received for the first time in January 2020.

A couple of years ago we asked Franky if he's willing to produce high-quality decaf. He sent us samples of very unique decaf lots and this is now the first one we've bought from him. This decaf is very sweet, juicy, and has a very distinctive lemongrass flavor.
We love it as a pourover, and highly recommend as an espresso as well!
